Last updated: January 2026
Welcome to Summit Way Collective. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, consulting services, and associated materials. By accessing this website, submitting any inquiry form, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, we kindly ask that you discontinue use of our site and refrain from engaging our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or submitting a form, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any updates or modifications we may make from time to time.
Services Overview
Summit Way Collective provides specialized consulting services, including AI-assisted UX audits and comprehensive product QA assessments. All services are strictly advisory in nature and designed to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
What We Provide
Our Expertise
Summit Way Collective delivers high-quality consulting services tailored to small businesses, freelance professionals, and enterprise clients. Our core offerings include comprehensive UX audits leveraging advanced AI tools, detailed product quality assurance reviews, and strategic recommendations designed to enhance user experience and product performance.
Our approach combines industry best practices with cutting-edge technology to deliver actionable insights. However, it's important to understand that all services we provide are advisory and consultative in nature. We analyze, assess, and recommend—we do not provide legal counsel, regulatory compliance certification, or formal compliance guarantees.
Important Clarification
We do not provide:
  • Legal advice or representation
  • Regulatory compliance certification
  • Formal compliance guarantees
  • Engineering implementation services (unless explicitly contracted)
Realistic Expectations
While we take pride in delivering high-quality insights and strategic recommendations, we believe in setting realistic expectations from the outset. Business outcomes depend on numerous factors, many of which lie beyond the scope of our advisory services. Implementation quality, market conditions, competitive landscape, internal resources, and organizational execution all play critical roles in determining success.
No Guarantee of Results
We cannot and do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics as a result of our recommendations.
No Compliance Certification
Our assessments do not constitute formal compliance certification with any regulatory body, industry standard, or legal framework.
No Performance Guarantees
While our recommendations are designed to improve user experience and product quality, actual performance improvements depend on implementation and various external factors.
Your Responsibilities as a Client
Successful consulting engagements require collaboration and mutual commitment. As a client of Summit Way Collective, certain responsibilities rest with you to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of our work together. Clear communication, timely information sharing, and decisive action on your part are essential components of a productive consulting relationship.
Client Obligations
  • Provide Accurate Information: Share complete, accurate, and timely information about your products, users, systems, and business context. The quality of our recommendations directly correlates with the quality of information provided.
  • Secure Internal Approvals: Obtain necessary internal stakeholder buy-in, budget approvals, and decision-maker support before and during the engagement.
  • Implement at Your Discretion: You retain full discretion over which recommendations to implement, how to prioritize them, and what timeline to follow. We provide guidance; you make the final decisions.
  • Implementation Responsibility: Unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract, we are not responsible for the technical implementation, engineering execution, or project management of our recommendations.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Our Intellectual Property
All reports, audit documents, frameworks, methodologies, analysis templates, and materials created and delivered by Summit Way Collective remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing through a separate agreement.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables internally for their business purposes. This includes sharing with internal teams, implementing recommendations, and using insights to inform business decisions.
Your Confidential Information
We treat all client information, business data, proprietary systems, and strategic details as confidential. We do not intentionally disclose, share, or publicize any proprietary client information to third parties.
The only exceptions to this confidentiality commitment are situations where disclosure is required by law, court order, or other legal obligation. We will notify you of such requirements when legally permissible.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Summit Way Collective, its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this website, our services, or any recommendations provided.
This limitation includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service engagement in question.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination & Modifications
Service Termination
Summit Way Collective reserves the right to refuse service, terminate ongoing engagements, or discontinue access to our website at our sole discretion. This may occur for reasons including but not limited to:
  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Provision of false or misleading information

  • Conflicts of interest that arise during engagement
In the event of termination, clients will be billed for work completed up to the termination date according to the agreed-upon fee structure.
Changes to These Terms
We may update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
